The vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of payment. 

The vouchers cannot be used during the following periods: March 28 – April 11, 2026 (inclusive), May 14 – 16, 2026 (inclusive), August 14 – 27, 2026 (inclusive), October 24 – 31, 2026 (inclusive), and December 24, 2026 – January 2, 2027 (inclusive). Due to limited capacity, gift vouchers can only be used after the hotel has confirmed the stay date. Value vouchers can be used at any time.
