Terms and Conditions

Voucher is valid only for hotels' own services for a period of twelve months. Vouchers cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged or transferred.  Please be aware that Ensana vouchers are E-vouchers not physical vouchers. Voucher credit has to be used at once unless agreed differently with the hotel operation.

Vouchers are valid for on-site payments only and cannot be used for pre-payments.
